When rewards are offered without a limited quantity, Fans may select as many rewards as they wish.
Where rewards are limited, Fans (and their households*) will generally** be allowed to purchase a maximum of 4—so if you want to bring a couple friends to the concert of a lifetime, or grab some additional amazing Christmas gifts you’ll probably be able to do that.
However, even where a Fan’s pledge would cover more than 4 limited rewards, they will be constrained to 4 so as to allow as many other Fans access as possible. In these rare cases, Fans may still reshuffle their pledge to include other available rewards, with the remainder supporting the general success of the campaign.
*FanFuture reserves the right to cancel and refund any pledges that we determine are likely to be in violation of the spirit of this limitation, or to grant limited exceptions to this rule on a case by case basis where we deem it just and appropriate to do so (for example a family demonstrating a clear desire to take all 6 of their kids to a concert). If you believe you have good cause to purchase more than 4 limited rewards please reach out to our support team and we’ll consider the matter.
**While we generally think a limit of 4 strikes the right balance, we always work closely with Creator’s to ensure that any limit is reasonable and equitable given the unique context of every campaign and we take seriously any Creator concerns or opinions when helping set limits. Our goal in setting limits is to ensure broad equitable access to Fans while also allowing Fans the opportunity, where practical and appropriate, to secure multiple rewards as they wish.
