Once the campaign is completed, Fans will be notified by our amazing partner BackerKit of the window available to reshuffle their pledged amounts toward any campaign rewards if they haven’t already. 

So be on the look out for an email from BackerKit with simple intuitive forms to update any of your info.  You’ll also be able to update your shipping address with them anytime over the life of the campaign fulfillment.

Delivery

Remember that the FAQ updates include the Creator’s early best guess for a delivery timeline along with any potential identified risks.  As the campaign fulfillment phase progresses, we ask Creator’s to keep their Fans in the loop, but our own involvement in the campaign is complete upon delivery of funds.
